Very friendly staff, I love that the technician sends a video to show what he did and what the problems are.
First time going to the dealership for service. CS was great, told me up front what the cost was with labor. The mechanic's video was clear and concise. Waiting room was a little small. Wasn't expecting at Coca-Cola machine to be available for drinks.
Service was great! The ad the Sandy Sansing dealership posted to my email was misleading. Stated an oil change and tire rotation was $79.98 but I was charged $128 because the tire rotation was an added $30 charge. Ad also stated that the oil change was synthetic oil but was listed as conventional on my receipt. I could have gotten a free tire rotation at Discount Tires because I insured them there but went with the dealership because I thought it was included. Won’t do that again.

Brought our MX-5 in for a recall service. Staff was very friendly. Work was completed faster than the estimated time frame. Process was efficient and painless. Would highly recommend.

I had several repairs to be made on my Mazda CX five. New tires, new hoses, new brakes and I had to have a headlight replaced. They took my car in right away and got most of the repairs made within a day. They were very good about communicating. They had to order some parts in for my car. Parts came in timely . The repairs were made efficiently. I appreciate their efficiency in good communication. They did a great job.

Had a great experience buying a car here. Didn't even have an appointment but was greeted at the door and given some expert help from Alisha. Enjoyed a fun test drive and got all my questions answered. Followed that up with the smoothest purchasing process I've ever seen. I felt really taken care of. Love my 2019 CX9, but, of course, my info screen experienced what Mazda calls “spider cracking” (delamination), a well known issue going back for years. While extended coverage for this issue on previous year cars up to 2017 was provided, not so for my car. Ultimately after much discussion, the Dealer offered a “good will” repair where I was still responsible for $200. Mazda did right standing by a loyal customer. Love the cars - ask about this widespread issue before you buy though!
Service was okay but we had to wait a while to have our new car detailed after the purchase was complete.

I’ve been using Sandy Sansing maintenance dept over forty years and their present manager Tracey is awesome!!! They do a great job in getting me in and out quickly and they do a great job on repairs and any updates. Will never take my Mazda CX-5 to anyone else nor would I buy anywhere else!

I have been car shopping for quite a while, and was hesitant due to past nightmare experiences. Also due to a bad wreck I was scared with getting a vehicle that was not safe or reliable. The staff at Sandy Sansing Mazda were so helpful and transparent. Stony made everything very easy and settled my nerves. I had my two little girls with me and they made them feel so involved and even had a little contract for them to sign! 10/10 would recommend!

I had the best experience at this Mazda dealership. They were waiting on me. They made signing in easy. They're costomer waiting area had lots of amenities. They were determined to identify the problem. They filled me in on each stage of the process. Melissa was so friendly and compassionate. I would go back.

Bought a nice Mazda cx-5 on a Friday, the next Tuesday the battery died on the car but the dealership was quick to replace it for us for free. Overall good experience!

Sandy Sansing Mazda in Pensacola is the best! I recently had service done on my CX-70 and as usual, I received the best customer service and the best service on my car. Annie in the service department was wonderful and really took care of me. She kept me up to speed on everything going on with my car, and made sure everything was completed, even recall fixes. I believe I’ll be a customer for a long time, they never disappoint!

Very quick work on a recall. Super friendly staff. The waiting area had comfortable chairs, coffee, and fountain drinks. It was a 45 min drive for me, but I will definitely go back if I need any repairs or service.

Annie and Melissa were open and honest during my service and repair. Their techs summarized the work done via video with commentary explaining the steps. Also pretty nice that they had a customer waiting area that wasn’t just stiff plastic chairs. Overall a good experience.

Easy and fast! Send a video of inspection and breakdown of suggested and needed repairs. Approve what you need done.
Overall my visit went well. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The final bill was slightly higher than quoted. Also, there was a $30 misc. fee that wasn’t explained. Other than that ivhave no complaints.

I walked in knowing what I wanted and they helped me right out. They were a little slow in the process and I had to go across the Stree for a loan officer. But all in all it was a pleasant experience.
