I’m between two Mazda dealerships and gave Sandy Sansing a try because the other folks (maybe 10 minutes closer) never even called to follow up on my initial service appointment. Sandy Sansing is totally on it and very proactive. The other guys are never getting a second chance.
Great experience having some car maintenance done at Mazda in Pensacola. The maintenance tech took pictures and did a video of our car and inspection. We were provided a detailed list of what was found and what needed to be repaired/replaced. Each problem was given a choice of defer or a “yes”. No pressure at all. Thank you Mazda!

Buying a brand new car (2025 Mazda CX30) from Sandy Sansing Mazda is actually quite pleasant. This was our 2nd time buying from them and our salesman this time, Levie Mader was wonderful. My only complaint is more about the detailing of the vehicle rather than the sale itself. There was an overspray of the tire shine they used on the tires to the point where it was all the way up onto the paint above the plastic trim. Sandy Sansing Mazda is an excellent dealership! Had a great experience working with Keith to look for a car. He listened to my checklist and the next thing I know we were already on the lot looking at cars. Keith went above and beyond and took me to look at several Sandy Sansing lots to make sure we exhausted the search and to make sure I was happy. He's also great with kids if you bring them along.

Had some minor trouble with a front bumper due to some iron rebar sticking out of a concrete block in a parking lot. They fixed it all so I could drive back to Birmingham without worrying about it in 10 minutes and didn’t charge us a dime. They are our heroes of the year!!!

My wife and I bought a used 2022 Mazda CX 9, we had an issue with the car but Isaac made sure to get the issue taken care. I was pretty stressed out about the situation but he has really shown he cares about his customers. I definitely recommend going through Isaac If you purchase a car from here, he won’t BS you about anything and will make sure you are taken care of!

I purchased a cx5 and initially worked with Demarcus and highly recommend him. After arriving to pick up the car, I saw a cx5 turbo and decided I liked it even more. Keith Lanier was able to make that happen quickly and painlessly, even though they had driven 150 miles to pick up the first cx5. My experience with both of these gentlemen was great.
