As a military member, I’ve purchased several cars privately without issue, but my experience with Sandy Sansing Mazda was by far the worst new car experience ever. After trading in my vehicle, we were told we couldn’t take our new car until we provided unnecessary paperwork, even though we knew better. Always ready, you can be early, they are fast, courteous and friendly. They keep you informed with detailed videos, realist price estimates, texting, online tools, flexible schedules and comfortable waiting area. They don’t try to upsell you and just allow you to get the work needed done quickly.

this is about the service department. I had an issue with my newer car (3 weeks old bought elsewhere) not starting and doing other weird things after it was jump started. This dealership has the best customer service I’ve ever witnessed honestly! Our salesman Robert Martotelli went above and beyond what I’ve seen any other salesman do. (Not only was he great at what you’d exoect of a salesman, he sent an already “clean” car back to be detailed again before we left with it. Vehicle was not detailed well at all. Used face mask left in vehicle, floor not vacuumed well. Dashboard was dusty. Just not detailed well and they had it in back for at least 45 minutes.
