Through out the years I’ve been to many car dealerships and had both good and bad experiences. This was one of the best. From the moment I arrived I was greeted with a smiling face and felt very welcomed. My service advisor Lauren was awesome! She guided me through the process and kept me up to date on the progress of my service. I wish all dealerships could be like this one. A big thanks to the whole service team. Lauren, Service Advisor, did a phenomenal job on helping me out despite not having an appointment. I had a dead battery on a Saturday and Lauren was able to assist me on replacing it with minimal waiting time. I commend her for the expeditious repair. The technician did an extraordinary job on the inspection. I was thoroughly impress by the video provided on inspection. From this experience alone, I will be utilizing your Service Department more frequently. The Sandy Sansing Service Department has really improve on their Customer Service Experience.

First off, let me just say that my sales associate, Lauren was fantastic. My car drives smoothly after it's repairs. I couldn't be happier. I will say, I believe these sales associates are extremely over worked with the amount of vehicles coming to the dealership every single day. There should be some sort of automated communication tool to give updates to the customer without having to call up there 4 or 5 times within a 2 week period. We had problems with a vehicle we bought the week before. Brought our concerns to Mr. Sansings assistant and they made everything right. We went back a month later and bought another car. We went back to Alex Floyd at the Mazda dealership. If we need a vehicle in th e future we will be going back.

Had to get 15k mile service done on my cx50 while in town. Their setup and timeliness was great. And, fingers crossed, they fixed an alignment issue my normal dealer couldn't!

Traded some emails with Isaac prior to appointment. Also submitted credit app before appt. Helped to speed things along. The exact combo I wanted wasn't there, so they actually drove and picked it up from another dealer. Excellent customer service. Quick finance process with Jami. She is a pleasure to work with. This yearly inspection was the most thorough of anyway I have ever had. I would recommend for Mazda owners to make sure to get your inspection when you are prompted.

good process, good people. just watch for hidden costs which are normal with all dealerships. overall, a good transaction, great sales person (Isaac) and a nice car. We did find a scratch on the passenger side when we got home, just a minor one. I would do the deal again

I recently took my car to Sandy Sansing for it's first maintenance after seeing a service alert. From the moment I arrived, the team was professional and courteous. To my surprise they informed me that the first maintenance was on them, eventhough I had not purchased any service maintenance agreement. The technician checked everything thoroughly and pointed out a few critical changes needed. Despite my car being only six months old, they covered the cost of the necessary replacements including the wiper which would have been under $100. They worked with me to find the car I needed with a finance situation that worked for me, and helped keep my toddler entertained while being at the dealership. The best experience I’ve had buying a car, and I’ve had my car for 6 months. Everything still runs great & I keep up with Jewel! 10/10 would go again.
Tracy and Lauren in the service department were dedicated to making my experience a good one. I really appreciate them going above and beyond and their kind attitudes. They are genuine and it seems like they try to help everyone no matter what they need. I had scheduled an appointment for 7:30 in the morning. Upon arrival, the Mazda people said I didn’t have one scheduled. They went ahead and saw me and put me on the books for that day. I patiently waited for my car to be diagnosed as I was having problems with my shocks on the car, so I thought. Amazing experience! I don't know where to start. Austin did absolutely everything to make sure my time with them was smooth. Communication was perfect and constant. My situation was very difficult, credit wasn't perfect, money was tight, and my requests were specific. End all be all, I left with exactly what I wanted and more. Oil change, tire rotation, and front end alignment was done in a timely manner. Service rep was on top of everything and was very efficient.
First off- Ashley B. Is AMAZING. She went above and beyond as my sales person and made sure that I got what I wanted/needed. Very honest, extremely patient and kind. 10/10 y’all could NOT have hired anyone better- and I’ll never buy another car from anyone except her. The only issue I had was that there was a mistake with paperwork due to a mechanic not making their notes properly; and it could’ve led to a major catastrophe. He did however right his wrong prior to me leaving the lot with a bad vehicle.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Technician sent me a detailed video on the status of my tire tread depth, windshield wipers, brake pads, fluid levels, and air filters in addition to the work performed. Absolutely NO upselling, which I appreciate!
